QCC, LLC. Is happy to announce the acquisition of the DYNA 70025 Actuator product line and the DYNA Controls product line consisting of the Bench, Linear, Clamp, CE30 and DSS2 from Woodward’s product portfolio. QCC will continue to supply these parts in the same manner as Woodward using the original design, specifications, form, fit and function. QCC will use the same assembly and test equipment and processes as currently used by Woodward in the Krakow and Suzhou facilities.

Product families affected:

DYNA 70025 Actuator and the DYNA Controls product line consisting of the Bench, Linear, Clamp, CE30 and DSS2 (Digital Speed Switch 2-Channel).

Timing of change:

The transfer of manufacturing is expected to commence at the end of March 2024 for DYNA Actuators and mid-May 2024 for the Controls product line. The transfer is expected to be completed by May 20, 2024, for both product lines.

Product ordering during transition:

The official transfer of product from Woodward to QCC is expected to take place on or before May 20, 2024. Orders received with due dates after May 20, 2024, will be forwarded to QCC. Orders received with due dates prior to May 20, 2024, will be fulfilled by Woodward.
