Jon Goreham
Jon became a part of the leadership team at QCC in 2013 and has more than 35 years of manufacturing experience. Jon graduated from Iowa State University with a B.S. degrees in industrial administration with an engineering focus. He also earned an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Business. During his career, Jon has served in leadership roles with various industry boards most recently as Board Chair of the National Fluid Power Association. Outside of work, Jon enjoys spending time with his wife, Joy, and their three grown children and nine grandchildren. He’s also passionate about supporting American manufacturing, serving the people of QCC, staying healthy, fly fishing and traveling--preferably on a long road trip!

Don Bennett
Don became a part of the leadership team at QCC in 2012 and has more than 28 years of manufacturing and 10 years of service and distribution industry experience. Don graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a double major B.S. degree in accounting and finance. He also earned an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Business graduating in 1993 in the top 10% of his class. During his career, Don has served in leadership roles with various companies and charities including serving on the Chicago Board of American Youth Hostels during the development of one of the largest and busiest youth hostels in the world. Beyond work, Don enjoys spending time with his son Greg and his daughter-in-law Rachel from England. He’s also passionate about manufacturing accounting, helping to build QCC, skiing, auto racing and learning more about the world every day.

Tom Walendzewicz
With a strong background in operations and project management, Tom joined QCC in 2004. He has contributed to the company’s growth and success as a manufacturing/project engineer, plant manager and in his current role as vice president and general manager for their machining division. He has full P&L responsibility for this division including sales management and solidifying relationships with key suppliers. Prior to joining QCC, Tom worked as a dispatcher and mechanic for his father’s trucking company until he graduated from the University of Illinois in Chicago with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. In 2019, Tom also completed an Executive Leadership and Education program at Washington University in St. Louis, Olin Business School and is a member of the NFPA University Education Committee. He’s a passionate sports fan for all Chicago-based teams, even during their worst seasons. He enjoys spending time off traveling with his wife and four sons, as well as attending all of their school and sports activities.

Victor Prawica
Victor has an extensive history with QCC. He was an intern for two years while earning his B.S degree at Northern Illinois University in Manufacturing Engineering. He later earned an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. In his early career, he supported the machining group as a manufacturing engineer. As the company expanded its assembly and test operations, he managed the transfer of over 20 large product lines. He also oversaw the opening of a new facility in Schiller Park, IL. Victor is now running the assembly and test business unit for QCC. In his personal life, he stays busy working on a never-ending honey-do list for his wife, Kasia. His two boys, Matthew and Jacob, also keep him occupied with sports. Victor enjoys running, biking and chasing after golf balls.
