EXECUTIVE TEAM
QCC Executive Leadership Team has over 100 years of combined experience in complex manufacturing services industry and over 50 years of combined tenure at QCC LLC alone.
Jon joined QCC in 2013 and brings more than 40 years of leadership experience in the manufacturing industry. He holds a B.S. in Industrial Administration (Engineering emphasis) from Iowa State University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Jon has served in multiple executive and board roles, including as Chair of the National Fluid Power Association. He is passionate about operational excellence, leadership development, and building long-term customer partnerships. Outside of work, Jon enjoys fly fishing, road trips, and spending time with his wife, Joy, their three adult children, and nine grandchildren.

Tom joined QCC in 2004 and has held progressive leadership roles in engineering, operations, and plant management. As President, he serves as QCC’s chief integrator, overseeing Manufacturing, Sales, and Financial operations. Tom holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago and has completed executive leadership programs at the Olin Business School at Washington University and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He is also an active member of the NFPA Leadership Network. Tom is a devoted Chicago sports fan and enjoys traveling with his wife, Ursula, and their four sons.

Victor began his career with QCC as a student intern while completing his B.S. in Manufacturing Engineering at Northern Illinois University. He later earned his MBA from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. Victor has led the transfer and launch of more than thirty major product lines and played a key role in establishing QCC’s Assembly & Test division, where he continues to drive operational excellence and business growth. Outside of work, Victor enjoys running and biking, and spending time with his wife, Kasia, and their sons, Matthew and Jacob.
Victor Prawica

Dave brings nearly two decades of commercial leadership experience in the hydraulic and off-highway equipment industries. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Southern Illinois University Carbondale and completed an Executive Leadership Program at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Dave leads QCC’s Sales & Marketing organization, focusing on customer engagement, strategic growth, and market development. He is active in industry leadership, having previously served as Chairman of the International Fluid Power Exhibition, and currently serves as Chairman of the National Fluid Power Association. Outside of work, Dave enjoys traveling with his wife, Lauren, and their twins, Ryan and Caroline, as well as attending concerts and special events.
Dave Price
Vice President, Sales & Marketing
Bill joined QCC in 2023, bringing more than 30 years of finance and manufacturing experience. He holds a B.S. in Finance and an MBA (with distinction) from DePaul University. Prior to QCC, Bill served in senior finance leadership roles at Crane Payment Innovations and Micron Technology. As CFO, he leads QCC’s financial strategy, accounting operations, and performance management initiatives. Bill enjoys spending time with his wife, Patricia, and their sons, Will and Michael.
