Manufacturing Services

CORPORATE HISTORY

Founded in 1950 by Richard C. Michalek, Quality Control Corporation has long been dedicated to the manufacturing of precision components and assemblies. In addition to full service machining and assembly capabilities, complete control of ancillary services such as heat treating and plating has made QCC truly a "Single-Source" partner. Long before quality standards were established, QCC recognized that consistently meeting customers' close tolerance requirements was a market position that would sustain growth. Early contracts in the aerospace industry led QCC to the development of individualized test equipment to ensure superior levels of component and assembly performance

Today, the same dedication to providing superior components and assemblies has earned QCC a reputation in diverse industries where high precision and close tolerances are critical. With over 250 employees operating in two shifts, QCC deploys the latest CNC technology, production automation and functional testing and analysis equipment to truly earn the "world class" status.

Through a participatory management style, QCC operates with cross-functional teams comprised of sales, engineering, quality and materials control personnel. Through thoughtful utilization of technology, a skilled workforce and commitment to customer service, QCC becomes a seamless extension of our customers' own manufacturing capabilities.
